Welcome to www.genomics-academy.com, a learning platform dedicated to providing e-learning, onsite trainings and other Services. We strive to provide an exceptional learning experience for all our learners. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services.

1. Online Courses:

Online courses are completely non-refundable & non- transferable. As online courses are attended, whether partially or fully, the service is considered availed, so no refund is possible for online courses. However, please read the following terms and conditions if you wish to raise a refund request.

  1. Refund request should be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase with a reason for refund request.
  2. If technical issues on our end prevent a user from accessing the course content, the user should first contact our support team by writing a mail to mail@www.genotome.com providing necessary details. In this case, the user should not have completed more than 5% of the course.
  3. Our support team will investigate the issue and if the issue is from our end, the team will provide the resolution. In case a valid reason is found and the support team is unable to provide the resolution, a refund can be considered.
  4. Refunds are subject to approval by Genomics Academy management. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified conditions.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  6. Refunds will not be provided for courses that have been completed.
  7. The Company shall not be any way responsible or pay any compensation for any down-time that may occur.

 

2. On-site Training Programmes:

  1. For on-site training programmes, refund can be requested for the fee paid in advance within 7 days prior to the start of the training.
  2. After 7 days and before 3 days prior to training/classes commencement, you will be eligible only for extend the training/Class date ahead. Once our training courses commence, we won’t be able to refund any amount.
  3. If the trainee joins the training at Genomics Academy and leaves before he/she completes the course training, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
  4. If In case Genomics Academy cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
  5. Genomics Academy reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events.

 

3. Consultancy and other services:

For refund policy on Consultancy and other services, please contact us by writing to mail@www.genotome.com prior to availing the service and paying the fee.

4. Changes to the Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated.

5. Other terms and conditions:

If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
