Tentative Training schedule

RCSP is designed for students who aspire to build a strong research profile in molecular biology, genomics, and biomedical sciences. The program provides structured research exposure rather than unstructured internships.

  • Fundamentals of Molecular Diagnostics. DNA and RNA based diagnostics (structural and expression)
  • Major techniques of MDx in ID, Oncology and genetic disorders
  • Recommendations and guidelines for molecular testing. Theoretical understanding of QPCR, Microarray, ddCPCR and NGS in molecular diagnostics (Liquid Biopsy, NIPT)
  • Biosafety practices, Good laboratory practices (GLPs), Nucleic acid extraction methods
  • Guidance on research problem formulation
  • Literature review and data interpretation support
  • Mentoring for PhD applications
  • Letter of participation and/or recommendation (based on performance)
