Tentative Training schedule
RCSP is designed for students who aspire to build a strong research profile in molecular biology, genomics, and biomedical sciences. The program provides structured research exposure rather than unstructured internships.
- Fundamentals of Molecular Diagnostics. DNA and RNA based diagnostics (structural and expression)
- Major techniques of MDx in ID, Oncology and genetic disorders
- Recommendations and guidelines for molecular testing. Theoretical understanding of QPCR, Microarray, ddCPCR and NGS in molecular diagnostics (Liquid Biopsy, NIPT)
- Biosafety practices, Good laboratory practices (GLPs), Nucleic acid extraction methods
- Guidance on research problem formulation
- Literature review and data interpretation support
- Mentoring for PhD applications
- Letter of participation and/or recommendation (based on performance)
