Daily 10 AM to 2 PM
- Day 1: Sanger sequencing, Introduction to NGS, Technology overview, Principles of various NGS platforms and technologies
- Day 2: NGS workflow, Details of kits and reagents used, Library preparation and workflow aspects
- Day 3: DNA QC, Library preparation
- Day 4: Running the sequencer, Analysis concepts
- Day 5: Results, data analysis and interpretation, reporting
